Tailored Training

For Tiers 2 & 3, these aren't one-size-fits-all programs. This is coaching and consulting built around you, your goals, your schedule, your experience level.

Whether you’re training for a race, rebuilding your habits, or just tired of second-guessing your plan, I’ll help you move forward with clarity and confidence. Virtual and In-Person (Eastern North Carolina) plans are available. 

 

Tier 2: The Lock In

For focused athletes who want a personalized plan without full-time coaching.

What You Get:

  • 4–8 or 12–20 week custom training program
  • Tailored to your schedule, goals, experience, and race (if applicable)
  • Includes running, strength, hybrid, or race specific programming
  • Warm-up routines, mobility, pacing strategy, and tapering guidance
  • Includes form evaluation (with guidelines for self-recording)
  • Editable PDF or Google Doc format
  • Text communication with coach for questions or clarification
  • Phone call and video call when necessary
  • Virtual or in-person options

  • 4–8 Week Plan (Virtual): $89
  • Race Prep Plan (12–20 Weeks, Virtual): Starting at $179

Tier 3: Go All In

Ideal for: Clients seeking comprehensive coaching with regular feedback and accountability.

  • Ongoing personalized training plan (updated monthly or bi-weekly)
  • Weekly check-ins via text or email
  • Monthly video form review
  • Race planning support (pacing, tapering, fueling strategy)
  • Priority access for questions and adjustments
  • Optional in-person sessions for local clients 
  • 1 in-person session/month (45-60min)

Pricing:

  • Virtual Coaching: Starting at $199/month
  • Hybrid (Virtual + In-Person): $249/month (includes 1 local session/month)

In-Personal Training (Local Only)

Real training. Real accountability. Real results.

This in-person coaching option is perfect for anyone in Wallace, NC + within 1 hour in any direction looking to get stronger, leaner, and more confident, with a coach who shows up alongside you.

Whether you’re starting fresh, getting back into a routine, or just need someone to push you in the right way, I’ll guide you through efficient, effective training tailored to your goals, fitness level, and available space.

 

Where I Train:

I coach in-person clients at Elite Fitness Center of Wallace and the other two locations in Beulaville & Castle Hayne. If you’d like to train with me at one of these facilities, you’ll need to become a member and purchase the gym’s official personal training package, they handle the payment directly.

 

If you’d prefer to work with me outside the gym, you can hire me directly at my private rate. You’ll need access to:

  • A traditional gym that allows outside trainers
  • A home gym setup, garage, or open training space
  • A public area suitable for bodyweight and mobility-based sessions

Private Coaching Rates (Outside the Gym):

  • 1 Session: $50
  • 4-Session Package: $190 ($47.5/session)
  • 8-Session Package: $360 ($45/session)

Bring-a-friend training also available, train together and save.
