As a certified fitness trainer, I'm deeply trained in everything from muscle mechanics to flexibility and cardiovascular dynamics. So if you want to live a stronger and more confident life, I've got the training and the expertise to help you every step of the way.

ISSA Certified Running Coach

As a Certified Running Coach, I’m trained to design evidence-based programs for runners of all levels, from first-time 5K participants to experienced marathoners. 

This certification includes:

  • Running biomechanics and gait analysis
  • Endurance, speed, and VO₂ max training strategies
  • Periodization for races (5K to full marathon)
  • Injury prevention and recovery protocols
  • Custom plan design based on terrain, distance, and ability level

With this knowledge, I help athletes improve performance, reduce injury risk, and train smarter, not harder, no matter the distance.

As a Certified Nutritionist, I’m equipped to guide clients through sustainable, performance-oriented nutrition strategies tailored to their goals, whether that’s fat loss, muscle building, energy optimization, or endurance fueling.
