I’m here to help two kinds of people:
Runners looking for a personal, flexible approach to their training and everyday people who want clarity around how to live a healthier, stronger life.
Most of the people I work with aren’t short on motivation, they’re short on context. There’s a lot of conflicting advice out there, and it’s hard to know what’s actually “right.” The truth? Almost everything in fitness, nutrition, and training can be right or wrong depending on the person and the goal. That’s where coaching matters.
My Philosophy
I believe in finding what works, even if it’s “woo-woo.” I lean toward research-backed methods, but I also know the best method is the one that moves you in the right direction. Sometimes that’s science, sometimes it’s intuition. Most of the time, it’s both.
My job is to bring clarity to your training, not perfection. Whether we’re talking about running, nutrition, lifting, or mobility, we build from where you are, not where someone else says you should be.
How I Got Here
Like a lot of people, I was feeling lost in my mid-20s. Then I read Can’t Hurt Me by David Goggins. Like a lot of other young men when that book came out, something clicked. I signed up for a 10K. I wasn’t prepared, I had joint pain the whole way, and I questioned everything. But when the pain faded, I realized I couldn’t stop thinking about what else I might be capable of.
That first race changed everything. Running became my framework for growth, both physically and mentally. Since then, my brain’s been constantly thinking of health, performance, and what it means to live with intention. I haven’t always practiced what I learned, but I’ve never stopped thinking about it and learning. That’s what brought me here.
Crossing the finish line at the Colorado Trail Marathon. Not fast. Not flawless. But real—and earned.
